BIGWASH

Star of the Drive-In Boatwash® range, the BIGWASH system is known for its state-of-the-art design and its high-quality manufacturing coming from Sweden. * The size of the BIGWASH is adaptable. For instance, if your installation area does not have the necessary depth at low tide, the Bigwash can be adapted leading to a reduction of the maximum admissible draft (initially 2.4 m).

TRANSPORT FROM SWEDEN: Two containers of 40 feet.

ASSEMBLY: The assembly of your BIGWASH  is carried out directly on the installation site.

RECEPTION AND ASSEMBLY PLACE: Flat area in the immediate vicinity of the installation site with a minimum surface area of 25 meters by 13 meters.

INSTALLATION SITE: 

  • Three-phase power supply: 380-440V, 16A (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Mooring place: In accordance with the dimensions of the selected product (minimum dock space width of 8.5 m and minimum water depth of 3.2 m over the entire installation area *).

* The size of the BIGWASH is adaptable. For instance, if your installation area does not have the necessary depth at low tide, the Bigwash can be adapted leading to a reduction of the maximum admissible draft (initially 2.4 m).

BIGWASH HYDRAULIC FLUID:

  • 100% biodegradable mineral oil

ACTIVITY WASTE: 

  • Collection of sediment and antifouling paints residues from cleaning the hulls at the bottom of the collection basin.
  • Evacuation and treatment of waste in a specialized sorting center. The collection basin is cleaned twice a year or every 1000 washes at most.

MINIWASH

The Drive-In Boatwash® range  is not only BIGWASH!  If your installation site, despite the BIGWASH sizing flexibility, is not able to accommodate it, the MINIWASH is for you! The MINIWASH adapts the principle of BIGWASH to a mobile trailer, which once partially submerged is capable of cleaning mono-hull motor boats up to 8 meters long.

The MINIWASH can also be a perfect complementary system to the BIGWASH to allow a better flexibility in terms of operation, especially for high traffic periods. Its mobility will allow you to operate in different harbors and marinas, including dry dock boats storage, and thus increasing your area of action.
